Bob has been teaching carving for over 25 years lives in Fargo, North Dakota. He has been featured in magazines and has taught at many carving schools. He is a patient instructor and loves teaching.

The student will create a small (7 inch) realistic face out of a prepared basswood blank. Anatomy and structure will be stressed and all concentration of the class will be on the technics of creating the eyes, nose and mouth. Help will also be given on finishing and displaying the carving at home.
Materials: Cost of the blank will be $20.
Tools Needed: Knives and palm tools.
